Located within a Big Five Game Reserve in the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve, Klaserie Drift Misava offers a traditionally decorated accommodation with African bush surroundings. There is an outdoor pool, 2 terraces and a garden. All 6 air-conditioned rooms feature a bush theme. Each has a private entrance and an en suite bathroom. Guests can relax and enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner on the outdoor patio, sun terrace or in the dining room, all featuring traditional décor, wooden furnishings and loungers. The Klaserie Drift Misava Camp has game viewing and offers game drives and walking safaris. During the day guests can sunbathe poolside or enjoy a picnic in the open garden, by night relax with a drink by the boma. Klaserie River is 2 km away and the closest airport is the Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport, 37.4 km away. An airport shuttle is available on request and free private parking is available on site.

"We had the most incredible time at Klaserie Drift. The game drives were excellent, the food was great and the staff were all so kind, helpful and friendly. The view from the pool was also amazing, one day there were hundreds of elephants migrating down the river 😍"

"Absolutely nothing to fault However the addition of a gym would be good. By the very nature of any safari you dont get much opportunity to take any exercise. Couple that with the delicious food and fine wines (and there is plenty of it) it would be a sensible addition. Nothing too much - perhaps a treadmill?"

"Incredible accommodation in Kruger National Park. The pool area overlooks the river where we could see elephants from our bed when we woke up. Twice daily game drives were incredible - we saw so much every time. All staff were incredibly friendly. The most relaxing three days one could imagine. Food and drink options were excellent."

"The view from the public areas is fantastic and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I loved having different places to eat the meals. And the food is superb! Our guide was knowledgeable and committed. In all, a wonderful stay. A gym would be ideal, just to be able to burn away some of the delicious calories we consumed! And note that the garden rooms don't have baths and no view, the photos on the site are mostly of the new suites overlooking the river."

"A hotel in the middle of the wilderness. At least once in a lifetime I recommend to switch off and go on a quality safari, to experience the peace and sounds of nature. This hotel is perfect! The service is top notch and everyone is nice. Our guide Elvys was great and we saw all the animals in 5 days. Thank you so much for a great experience, I believe I will be back."

"Everything The staff was fantastic (specially our guide Kucho!), the position amazing. We spent 3 days in the lodge and we saw all the big five (and much more!) in our games. The food was fantastic, the fireplace every evening at dinner was romantic, the little monkeys visiting while we were in the pool were so nice.. the room was perfect, the views at breakfast and lunch we’re beautiful.. we felt at home."

"Kaijaiki is a true gem! I have stood in unit 4 which was super spaciouse, had a lovely well equipped kitchenett and a beautiful, tranquil view onto the courtyard. The next door coffee-store where breakfast is served is so cozy and food is deliciouse. Manager and staff go over and above to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommend it."

The room is beautiful, spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, (the bathroom is amazing!) The property is located on a farm, with lovely orchards and a beautiful garden, which we really enjoyed. It’s about 15 minutes from MQP airport; since we planned to leave very early, the host kindly packed our breakfast so we could enjoy it in our room before departing."
