"Modernus naujas, švarus namas, vaikams žaidimo aikštelė, vieta automobiliui, šalia parduotuvė. Buvo viskas ko reikia- kavos, arbatos, aliejaus, higienos priemonių, indaplovė, tosteris. Butas įrengtas kokybiškomis medžiagomis."
"Trūko kavos aparato, prastokas apšvietimas vonioje, mažoka indų- tik 4 komplektai todėl iš karto reikia jungti indaplovę."

"Labai stilingas butas. Jame rasite viską, ko tik reikia. Bet labiausiai nudžiugino patalynė, kuri buvo baltutėlė, švarutėlė. Patogu rasti, lengva įeiti, nes kodą atsiunčia iš anksto. Yra parkavimosi vieta automobiliui."

"we liked everything about this place very clean, modern, with everything you could need for your stay. within walking distance to Tartu centre and 2 minutes walk to a supermarket. there was a river walk right outside the door. a lift to the apartment if you didn't want to use the stairs. it was cold when we visited, but the apartment was lovely and warm. The owner responded very quickly to messages. excellent place to stay in Tartu."
