"Spacious , only 10 mins walk to Old City , 5 double beds perfect for friends trip. Big lounge kitchen area."

Only one bathroom (there is separate WC) would make it time consuming if 5 couples . More communication from owner would have been helpful.

"Rooms were big and clean. Bathroom with jacuzzi was huge! Beds were very good."

Nobody speaks english so we had a difficult Time to get keys to our room.

"The apartment is in ideal condition, I would even say that in exceptional state. Absolutely everything in the apartment was new, clean and working perfectly. Especially, I would like to praise the great TV set with a lot of channels. Flawless! Location of the property in the very centre of the city is also excellent. There are two supermarkets in the vicinity of the building. There is a huge free parking in front of the house. Safe location."

Sadly to say but receiving the keys of the apartment on our arrival was not immediate and easy. It was lingered due to absence of communication on the phone with the host who had not been responding to my calls for a long time. But later it had been settled and the host made his apologies. If this nuisance had not happened I would have rated this undoubtedly exceptional property as not less than 10 instead of 9.

Gal nelabai tinka su mažais vaikais, nes apartamentuose yra laptukai.Reikia būti atsargiems.

"Spacious, comfortable and cozy apartment in a quiet area within walkable distance from Tartu old town. There was everything you could possibly need and the place was spotlessly clean. Communication with host was fast and polite, they explained how to find the place and how to get in very clearly. Would stay here again!"

"Very pleasant and secluded surroundings. More than enough privacy despite the cottage being on the owner's property. The sauna is excellent! Option to add a jacuzzi, which we did not do because we were often out exploring. Tallinn is a short distance away. Facilities are good: coffee machine with beans, kettle, 1 electric hob, microwave, smart TV, etc."

100 eur safety deposit has to be transferred after booking. Was returned quickly after the stay, but I think this should be pointed out in bold before booking. The parking was not accessable at the moment we arrived, as all block was dug up and active roadworks were happening. I called the host ask location of alternatives how to access the building and the promised navigation link was never sent and eventually noone picked up and never called back.
