"Although the location is not bad, it is a little far from the center, but close to Laginha beach. Taxis are very cheap so it's not a big inconvenience either. It has a very well-stocked supermarket opposite, for Cape Verdean standards, and a bakery, which is very practical."

I love the coffee machine and the fact that there was a hand mixer which allowed me to make my bullet proof coffee (coffe mixed with butter). Across the street, in front of the house, you can catch a bus to go anywhere for 45 cents."

"Breakfast and dinner available on site was good. Lovely area to relax with verdant garden in a central courtyard. About a 15-20 min walk to the center but close to beaches which are mostly easy to access. Bars and restaurants close by but don't expect a very wide range of food choices. Local fish is excellent."
