I don't like the fact that there's is no TV in any of the rooms we rented.

"Spacious, comfortable and clean villa close to the popular beach of Tofta. Our kids loved the private pool and ping-pong table. Thanks to the generosity of the owner, we were able to explore the island and left feeling both wiser and entertained. Highly recommended!"

Everything was lovely. One small note only: it would have been nice if sheets were included in the rental, as guests might assume they are.

"Das Haus liegt wunderschön abgelegen mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick vom Pool aufs Meer und die davorliegenden Hügel. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Für Freizeitspaß steht eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Krökeltisch zur Verfügung. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!"

Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil, wir empfehlen einen Automatikwagen, den man auf Martinique unserer Meinung nach aber sowieso mieten sollte. Das WLAN funktioniert leider nicht in allen Räumen, vielleicht könnte hier ein Repeater installiert werden.

"Läget är fantastiskt och kontakten med ägaren fungerade väldigt bra. Villan fungerar utmärkt för 4 personer med egna badrum och stort kök och vardagsrum. Läget på stranden inbjuder till många härliga bad och strandpromenader."

Huset är lite slitet och skulle må bra av lite renovering och förnyelse. Men allt fungerar och det är välutrustat och städat.

"Das großzügige Platzangebot. Gemütliche Einrichtung. Hochstühle für Kleinkinder sowie Babybett sind vorhanden. Im Treppenhaus steht auch ein Schrank mit Büchern und Spielen. Ebenso sind Staubsauger vorhanden. Für eine alte Villa war die Wohnung gut in Schuss."

Zwei Punkte möchte ich anmerken. In der Loggia links neben der Tür, war eine Fenstervertäfelung locker. Die müsste wieder festgeklebt werden. Und der Buffetschrank im Wohnzimmer ist nicht mit der Wand verbunden. Da das Angebot auch an Familien mit Kleinkindern gerichtet ist, sollte hier nachgebessert werden.

Helaas geen airconditioning. Dus in de zomer vrij warm.

The water pressure is too slow and the road to go the house is a bit bad road.

Vandens kokybė. Paskaičiau komentarus,tai vežėmės geriamo vandens maistui. Vandenyje daug geležies,tad ir spalva ir kvapas jaučiasi,bet pasiruošus nekliudė. Vasarą,jei karšta kondicionierius nepamaišytų,mums rugsėjo pradžioje neprireikė.

Maybe a bit cold, but there was a fireplace that solved the situation mostly.

His kindness and care made a huge difference. Overall, I'd give Ban Lakkham River View Hotel 5/5 stars for location and staff. Would definitely recommend and stay again! 🏨💕"

"L'endroit est très propre et décoré avec goût, on se croirait chez soit ! Cette maison est un paradis que ce soit pour les adultes et pour les enfants. Il y a un coin jeux extérieur pour eux, et des jouets ainsi que des équipements loisir (draisienne, ballon rebondissant, etc...) à l'intérieur. Les services proposés sont également de qualité et très intéressants !"

There was no parking available at our arrival. We didn't knew it needed to be reserved in advance. But very helpful staff helped resolve this small problem pretty fast.

"The view, the house and the sea is unimaginably beautiful. The stairs take you down directly into the sea, and its swimming distance to many of the beaches around. The host is great and it' s easy to communicate. There is wifi, a big plus. Honestly, it's a dream to stay here, it's quiet and calm, relaxing with hammocks and shaded areas, easy to cook together and enjoy."

The road to the house is more of a gravel path most of the time, with a few steep sides.. its really beautiful, also a bit frightening to walk down at first, especially when carrying luggage and bringing kids and so. However, you get really used to it after some trips to the restaurants and small shops. Power outage was rather common mid-day during our stay, maybe it's different during high season. This is just the way it is in this area, and has nothing to do with the house or the host, it's just something to be mindful of. Bring a powerbank 😀

Zwembad kapot
