"The hostel was pretty clean. The staff at the reception were friendly, helpful, and patient. They have a lot of knowledge about tourism in Bagan and were always happy to give advice or answer questions. It was also very convenient that they can help you book buses directly at the hostel, and that you can rent e-bikes. Another big plus is the atmosphere. The hostel is social, but not in an overwhelming way. It’s not loud or pushy. There are great opportunities to connect with other travelers if you want, but you can also just sit by the pool and enjoy some quiet time. I think this place is perfect both for people looking for peace and quiet and for those who want to meet others."

There wasn’t much to complain about. The only small improvement I can think of would be adding curtains to the beds, which would give a bit more privacy.

"The staff were amazing! So friendly, and helpful. There was milk provided for the guests which was a bonus as I always bring tea bags with me, so saved me a walk to the shop. The location was brilliant and the hostel was very clean"

The only issue is that I’ve stayed in similar hostels, but the price was nowhere near as expensive. I know it’s in Zurich, but it’s still a hostel.

"The owner or staff of his hostel was very frendly and did everything to welkom us and serve us. The hotel is also in the center and behind are many nice cafés."

"Spent some wonderful days here! Especially Yessin, the host is really nice and helpful! There’s a shared kitchen, a terrace, where you can meet other guests and also a living room. Beds are comfy. Would recommend it for backpackers, who want to explore Tatouine and the area around. Yessine can you provide recommendations for both and even organise a tour."

We feel in family! :-) Kelly is so helpful and talkative, always able to give suggestions and help finding activities to do, contacts, etc. His son, Junior, went with us to many places and activities and we fell him like a younger brother! :-) All the family made us feel welcome and at "home far from home". Installations are simple, but in a nice location, in the countryside, quite and friendly place, not far from Goroka center/easy bus connections but we have everything we needed, even to cook our meals. If you want a simple and family place to stay, with someone who will help you around, this is the place! If once I go back PNG and Goroka, I'll stay here again! :-) Thanks Kelly, Junior and family! Hope to see you again!"

It's normal to have light and water cuts. But it's common in the region/general problem and not from the place.

It's self check-in, all information is provided timely and clearly, communication is brilliant and any questions promptly answered. One of the best place to stay ever."

There is nothing not to like. But, as you need a code to enter your room, its probably not a good idea to rush to the toilet in the middle of the night, and forgetting phone with the code in the room 😊 (didn't happen, but could 🤣). Love it here...

Locating the Da Terra at night is not straightforward. It is surrounded by several houses and some distance off the road.

"Better than my previous stay here. Surely worth for €23 euro for a night stay. Room was Spacious and Warm. Had good big Bed,Bedside dressing table and chair,Kettle,Water,teabags and cookies and large wardrobe and Large windows."

Room had lingering smoke smell. Would be better if they could look into this and place a room feshner. Suggestion-would be better if you provide small soaps/shampoos for guests along with the towels and tissues.

Dorms are by the main road and very noisy with traffic so hard to sleep. Creaky floorboards also.

"This is a really great hostel. Perfectly located in the historic centre and yet close to restaurants and shops. A warm welcome and helpful staff throughout who all seem to enjoy their roles. They even provided a towel as well as fresh linen for the dormitory beds. Really nice design for the hostel - clean and bright."

Horrible bed because you feel all bed springs from the mattress which significantly affects your sleeping. Moreover, air conditioning is very noisy even when it is not turned on.

"Nice conceptual hostel run by two people who really want to welcome you to Bolivia."

My room was very cold. Even though the landlady turned on the heater earlier than she said she would, it still didn't help much.

"A very nice and atmospheric resort. Beautiful surroundings. Lots of parking spaces. There is a gazebo on site where you can barbecue and spend a nice evening. Additionally, a small playground for children. The rooms are very clean. Two toilets and 3 shower cabins per floor."

One of our group ordered some chips which were a really small portion
