"We really enjoyed the spacious and comfortable appartement overlooking the sea. It was truly lovely to enjoy the warm mornings and evenings on the balcony. We absolutely loved waking up to that gorgeous view. Jerlyn at Beach club was so lovely, she was customer oriented and helped us out with all the questions we had. She truly is a gem. We appreciated her English, since at times it was very hard to get by. We got upgrade to Grand Tala Bay where we enjoyed delicious breakfast at Aziab restaurant, which was highlight of our days and we were looking forward to enjoying good coffee and fresh warm pastries by the pool. Food was really great. Main restaurant manager/person in charge of breakfast was so attentive, polite and respectful. Together with Abrar and Ahmed made our mornings so enjoybale, we truly appreciated that and are very grateful to have recieved such outstanding service. Staff was smiling, polite and always ready to support us."

"Most staff did not speak any English, which was tricky at times when one has an issue to address. The ´reception/front desk staff could be more organized, especially prior to customers coming in. Since this is a residence and not the hotel with the reception, contact point was difficult to reach. No information was recieved prior to us coming in/on the arrival. Our room card did not work on the arrival and since it was the evening, it took us long time to sort that out. Communication with customers and signage could be improved. As a tourist place this could be much better. Also, bare in mind that if you come at the end of season (september/october) most shops and restaurants will already be closed."
