"Mr. Emad and his team is very polite and respectful & efficient also when I reached there the room was not ready at the check-in time but he arrange and ready the room with in half hour."

I needed to ask a couple of times in 1 day to clean my room. When I checked in and went for a swim, the guard asked me where my swimming pool wristband was. I had not received one, so I had to leave the pool to get it :(

Virtuvėje viskas, ko reikia, išskyrus pjaustymo lentelę ir orkaitę, yra. Šeimininkas labai malonus ir linksmas žmogus, bendraujantis su šypsena. Labai jam ačiū už somer card kortelę. Ji suteikia nemokamus objektų lankymus ir įvairias pramogas buvimo laikotarpiu. Tik yra sąlyga, kad viena atrakcija per dieną, jei tai to paties partnerio pasiūlymas. Bet mes per dvi dienas pasinaudojome nemokamu Krimlio krioklio ir Grosglockner kelio lankymu (skirtingi partneriai, todėl abu per vieną dieną nemokami) ir kitą dieną Panoramabahn keltuvu. Priima su šuniuku be jokio mokesčio."

Labai minkštas miegamojo lovos čiužinys. Kai kam gal tai privalumas🙂 Miegamajame stoglangis ir jei lyja lietus, naktį neatsidarysi, tuomet karšta. Svetainėje norėtųsi sofos ir kokio foteliuko patogiai ilsėtis vakare prie TV. Suolas nepatogu. Virtuvėj reikia pjaustymo lentelės. Vakare atidarius balkoną, priskrido uodų ir sukandžiojo. Gal reiktų tinklelio nuo vabzdžių. Bet visa tai smulkmenos. Pagal kainą ir kortelės privalumus viskas puiku!🙂👍

Getting to the resort was a bit of a trip, not a long trip, but a trip through the rough parts of the town, very different.

"The property is very welcoming, with professional and helpful staff. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which I really appreciated. The swimming pool was closed for two days, but the hotel kindly removed the related charges. At breakfast, I would suggest adding kiwi and avocado, which I personally missed. The beach, gym, leisure facilities, and overall atmosphere are beautiful and relaxing. The sea is simply stunning! 🌊"

No cappuccino option at brekky, just mediocre coffee. The "beach" is not worth the name - better stick with the pool.

室内の鍵がかからない所がある。バルコニーへの鍵も壊れてて開かない。外スリッパも準備されているのに。時期的なものもあるかも知れないけど、窓が虫ついてて汚れている。 近くにコンビニ等ないので、夕食はよく考えてから施設に向かいましょう。

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.
