"We had absolutely wonderful stay in this villa. The pool was divine, and the villa itself was breathtaking. Wonderful palce to stay with a lovely view towards the mountain. The owner left us some snacks, which was much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the outdoor kitchen in the garden was lovely.We received good information about the location before the arrival"

"I would say that only somewhere like a line for wet clothes was missing. Other than that, it was all perfect."

"Very good location. Spacious rooms and very big inner yard. The place is clean."

"The bedroom is comfortable, but the second room, where our daughter stayed was absolutely uncomfortable, with a small "sofa bed", small and not suitable for sleeping. The swimming pool was cold during the afternoons and evenings, when it was the time for us to relax. There is no internet and it is not possible to pay by card, so you need to carry enough cash."

"Prachtige villa met fijn binnenzwembad. Inmiddels is er ook Wifi en de eigenaar had gratis fruit en drinkwater ter beschikking gesteld. Mooie tuin en boven ook nog een heerlijk terras. Auto kon binnen worden geparkeerd."

"Na een dagtrip bleek de onverharde weg voor de villa plotseling zonder enige kennisgeving vooraf te zijn geasfalteerd waardoor we onze auto buiten moesten laten staan omdat we de weg niet konden gebruiken."

"Salem est un grand monsieur, merci à lui et son honnêteté sa disponibilité et son sourire. Un grand homme et sa villa est tout simplement exceptionnelle avec une piscine intérieure et un jacuzzi. Rien à dire à ce niveau !"

"Tout était PARFAIT ! La villa est exceptionnelle et le propriétaire génial ! Très accueillant et professionnel, il prenait de nos nouvelles chaque jour pour s'assurer que tout se passe bien. Merci pour l'attention portée à notre égard et votre gentillesse. Très bien situé pour visiter le fameux fort de Nizwa et les Wadi aux alentours. Foncez ! Je recommande à 100 % cette villa."

"Très belle villa, décoration sympathique. La piscine est très agréable. Le propriétaire est également extrêmement gentil, nous a laissé des bouteilles d'eau dans le frigo, et nous a donné de bonnes adresses de restaurant."

"Présence de quelques blattes germaniques. Je dirais que la villa est idéale pour un couple, un peu plus délicat pour plus d'adultes."

"An authentic beautifully renovated Omani house right opposite the castle. Staff are friendly and very welcoming. Our bed was very comfortable and breakfast very good. Up the hill just by the hotel there is a military fort, café and restaurant to sit and admire the breathtaking view and watch the sunset."

"We stayed at Bait Baityn for two nights and enjoyed it very much. It's the perfect place to stay at and relax in the beautiful village of Misfat Al Abriyeen. It's a traditional house with a really nice rooftop, where breakfast and dinner are served. Our room was comfortable and spacious. A big thanks to Ahmad and Ahmad, who both made our stay really special. To respect the locals, we suggest parking outside of the old village and taking a backpack with the overnight essentials - instead of driving right to the end of the road and clogging everything (as unfortunately many other tourists did)."

"So we were unsure whether to book this or not because of the reviews here, but took the risk! The property was absolute AMAZING, the location was perfect, but the staff were unbelievable! I mentioned it’s one of our friends birthdays and he went out to FILL the villa with balloons, decorations, birthday cake, candy, and lots of other fun things for when we arrived! We all arrived at awkward timings but he made sure to meet us super early to check in. He arranged a chef to cook us a bbq, constantly made sure we were well looked after, the villa is amazing, clean, comfortable, awesome cinema room, the pool and jacuzzi were amazing, and there’s a steam room! Huge villa but still very homely feeling, 100% recommend and we will definitely be back soon! Again thank you so much to the staff for making sure we were well looked after and going above and beyond at every stage! You were awesome !"

"We enjoyed the stay here. The host is uncomplicated with clear instructions on how to find the house and the keys. Restaurant tip was good and the hiking path is nearby. Currently they are building a house next door which gives some noise. But the workers are very friendly."

"The studio was a good place to stay for a few days around Salalah. We hadn't appreciated the number of facilities available at the resort (swimming pool, beach, restaurants etc). We didn't utilise these ourselves as we had plans to visit other places around Salalah during our 3 night stay. But for those who prefer to stay 'local' , this accommodation has plenty of facilities on your doorstep too! The owner was very responsive to messages when we had queries about the accommodation. We also saw dolphins swimming off the coast from the resort which was a highlight for us!!!"
