"Kambario lovos labai nepatogios, jei verčiasi kitas žmogus, tai ir šalia miegantis tai jaučia, sofa lova, labai išgulėta, teko keltis ryte ir mėginti kažkaip užtraukti užuolaidas, kad nesklistų saulės šviesa, deja nepavyko. Po sofa daug įdomių dalykėlių rado vaikai 😁 dušo kabinos apatinės apsaugos nuo vandens siaubingai nešvarios, grindys ir tik prabrauktos, rankų kremas kabo, bet visai tuščias, kriauklės kištukas sugadintas - iškrenta. Žodžiu prieš tris metus kambarys buvo žymiai geresnis. Šį kartą su kambariu nepasisekė."

"Staff on the whole were excellent although one at reception was not so good. Parking under the hotel and for Oslo was a good rate. Bathroom was fine, bed was OK. Breakfast was good but not exceptional. As it was the night of a concert there was a buffet dinner which was excellent as were the staff on duty there."

"While checking in I was given pencil and paper to write down my personal information which I had already given when I booked. That was like going back 20 years. Enough to print out information I had already given and let me sign. On the first day, I also asked for namecard with information about the name and address of the hotel but was told it wasn´t available."
