"Квартира действительно современная и уютная.,тихо,спокойно,уютно,почти центр,рядом,напротив подьезда круглосуточный ларек,5-7 минут супер маркеты,транспорт....все хорошо,в квартире тепло (зима -7,9°)...,никто не беспокоил,хозяин встретил.,для одного..двух человек-супер.,я доволен,спасибо хозяевам!!!!"

"Das Appartment ist klein, modern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Es liegt in Laufnähe der Innenstadt und ist umgeben von einer sehr guten Infrastruktur für das tägliche Leben. Der Gastgeber ist hilfsbereit und reagiert auf jede Frage prompt und kompetent. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und werde bei einem neuerlichen Besuch in Chisinau auf diese Untrkunft gerne zurückkommen. Und für alle, die sich für Moldawien und Hintergründe zur Geschichte des Landes interessieren sei der Reisebericht 'Moldawien - Notizen zu einer Reise im Herbst 2023' empfohlen. Er ist ab Mai 2024 als Print und E-Book im Handel."

"Das Badezimmer und generel die Wohnung hat gar nichts mir gefallen, weil zu klein war. Das Waschbecken war zu klein, da kann man das Gesicht, die Hände und die Zähne nicht putzen. Ich hatte sehr wenig Zeit die Haare zu waschen, weil im Boiler nicht genug heißes Wasser war. Das hat mich sehr genervt. Die Wohnung war zu klein für den Preis 180 euro!"
"Прекрасное местоположение. Хоть и небольшая квартира, но всё было чисто, стильно и комфортно. Проживал почти месяц, кухня полностью всем оборудованна для самостоятельного приготовления любой еды, кондиционер зима/лето, бойлер, смарт телевизор, скоростной интернет, стиралка, утюг и т.д."
