"This property has been completely renovated. We stayed here in the past, and you can see what a face lift the place has gotten. The new manager, Mr. Stephane, is the man for the job. My wife was sick and he offered to call a doctor and instructed his staff to take good care of us. He runs almost everywhere and you can see how energetic he is and the great job he’s doing to bring this property up to the standards of this hotel to where it ought to be. We were on our way to Merzouga. We plan on going back and staying a bit longer in Ouarzazate in this property."
"The dining experience has two rooms. One was still closed, the Moroccan one I believe. This was mainly due to renovation, and we were told it would open soon."
