"From arrival the staff were exceptionally attentive and knowledgeable. They helped us arrange transfers. They were very organised with activities and we did a morning game drive. Common areas were clean with lots of different areas to sit. The pool was refreshing and area was recently refurbished. The family chalet was well appointed and very clean. Each day cakes and cookies were freshly made, the ginger biscuits were delicious! As with most lodges there is limited choices for dinner but what’s provided is homemade and tasty"

"Nepatiko tik vienas dalykas - vieno iš Game drive organizavimas. Buvau užsisakiusi ryto Game drive. Nuvykus į vietą gidas nusprendė, jog tai bus labiau paukščių stebėjimo safari. Manau, jog sprendimas buvo spontaniškas kai kuriems dalyviams išreiškus norą stebėti paukščius, tad tie, kas nori pamatyti daugiau gyvūnų, buvome paprašyti persėsti į kitą automobilį (kito paslaugų teikėjo), tačiau gidas turbūt nepasidomėjo, kad šis paslaugų teikėjas parodys liūtus ir net nestos prie kitų gyvūnų. Tos kompanijos safaris buvo neinformatyvus, mes pamatėme tik liūtus - taip, tai buvo įspūdinga, gidas privežė labai arti jų, tačiau vėliau nestojo prie kitų gyvūnų. Taip pat tos kitos kompanijos gidas kelis kartus manęs klausė, ar aš rusų tautybės, nors iš pirmo karto atsakiau, kad ne, nes jam buvo įdomus mano akcentas. Po to jau mane žeidė tokie klausimai. Tad, manau, lodžo gidas neturėtų persodinti kažkur kitur klientus teigiant, jog pamatysime daugiau gyvūnų to net nežinant bei nuspręsti keisti Game drive pobūdį pagal kažkurių klientų norus, juk visi klientai turėtų būti lygūs."

"We stayed in a spacious room with a view of the river which we enjoyed. The room was very well appointed with plenty of storage space and very comfortable with a nice bathroom. There was a huge selection of foods for breakfast and dinner and hot food at breakfast was prepared to order. Staff were very friendly and efficient - lots of smiles and very willing to help. We booked game drives and a sunset cruise through the activity desk at the hotel and they were excellent."
