"This little boutique hotel is situated right across the beautiful Lago Maggiore. Our room was not lake facing but at the back of the property with garden and mountain views. It was decorated with an interesting color scheme of soft grey, red and white which gave it a warm welcoming feeling. It was spacious with ample space to store luggage and clothing. The breakfast was very good with the usual cold and sweet selection but also the option to have eggs fried or scrambled. We had breakfast on the terrace the two mornings we stayed there with views over the lake - a sight to behold. Can recommend this hotel without hesitation ."
"Our bathroom was huge, but I think it needs a bit of upgrading and re decoration. Only a shower curtain - no shower doors. There was a kettle in the room but only tea sachets were supplied - no coffee"

"Lovely boutique hotel in gorgeous location on Lake Maggiore. Loved the view of the lake from our lake-view suite. Suite was a very good value. Hotel rooms are bright, fresh, clean, and well-appointed. Comfortable beds. Air-conditioning worked great. The bathroom was large (for Europe) and very nicely done. Good lighting. Breakfast was good—all you would expect in a European continental breakfast. Eggs made any way you want upon request. Espresso drinks also made upon request. Hotel staff were gracious and helpful. Wonderful stay!"
"The only thing I’d like additional would be a small coffee maker or Nespresso in the room for us early risers. But this is certainly not much of a concern, as breakfast starts at 8am."
