Just 200 metres from Sant'Antonio Abate Church in historic Cagliari, this design guest house offers elegant rooms and suites with antique furniture and a flat-screen TV. It also has free Wi-Fi throughout. Owned by an interior designer, Bellezza Suites Affittacamere retains the features of the original town house, including colourful tiled floors and high ceilings. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, soft bathrobes and slippers. White sandy beaches are a 15-minute drive from Bellezza Suites. Ferries to mainland Italy leave from the port, 1.5 km away, and it is an 8-minute walk to Cagliari Train Station.

"The Apartment is located in a perfect location, just a few minutes walking from the train station and in the lively downtown. The common spaces are amazing, it's a flat with a soul, a lot of antique furniture and decorations, as well as painted ceilings make it exceptional. Even though we didn't meet the host personally, he was very kind to us, facilitating the online payment method, as well as letting us store the luggage after the check out until we could set off to the airport."

"There is no door separating the suite from the bathroom, so there might not be enough intimacy if you travel with a companion. The window from the suite faces inside the patio (it is written in the description), however it's above the Asian restaurant, so we had to keep the windows fully closed due to the fried food smell getting inside. No chance to sleep with open windows and get some fresh air. There is air conditioning, but we personally prefer the fresh air."

"Great location in the marina district- central within a few minutes walk from Piazza Yenne, stazione, the Castello. Quiet, large rooms full of character and old world charm with an old fashioned lift. Spacious lounge for relaxing in. Many good restaurants all around."

"The first time we stayed at Villa Sensi was in 2013 and we have been back numerous times since. It's a great place in the middle of a nature reserve with a fantastic view across Lago Trasimeno. The rooms are spacious and each one facing the lake has its own balcony. The swimming pool is very nice and you can relax after your daily tours. Paolo is a great host looking after his guests, always friendly and helpful with a lot tips for excursions in the area and restaurants. This time we stayed with friends who loved the place like us. Not to forget the breakfast which was excellent! We will come back next year. Thx Paolo for a great time!!"

"It was outside the ZTL zone so we could drive to there. And it's only 15 mins walk from the metro to get into Rome city centre. The room was clean (and cleaned daily), breakfast was lovely, air con was good. The car was kept behind locked gates so it was secure. The owner was next door for any queries."
