One of Ireland’s oldest purpose-built hotels, The Commodore Hotel overlooks Cobh Harbour. It offers affordable hamamas ir saunacious rooms, a restaurant serving gourmet food, free Wi-Fi in public areas. Rooms at The Commodore all feature elegant bathrooms with hairdryers. They also include TVs, tea/coffee making facilities and many have sea views. The hotel's restaurant overlooks Cobh Harbour and specialises in traditional Irish and Mediterranean cuisine using local ingredients. Situated on the seafront, The Commodore is within 300 metres of the Cobh Heritage Centre and the Lusitania Memorial. Cork International Airport and the city centre are a 30-minute drive away and Blarney Castle is just 40 minutes’ away. The Commodore is now over 170 years old. As a consequence of this unfortunately there are issues with accessibility both externally and internally for customers who may have some mobility issues.

"As soon as we stepped in the staff were lovely the room was perfect for us . 2 boys (both have autism so it can be hard to get the right place) and 2 adults the room was a great size . It was my son's birthday so there was a birthday message with cookies and lollipops and muffins for us all we were even able to connect to Netflix on the TV!! Now that was brilliant for us 🤣 breakfast was tasty too everything was just lovely. The views were unreal too."
