There is no wardrobe in the room and no hand tissue was provided. The price was very expensive for the room No shuttle to pick up from the airport

"A new, modern hotel located in a quiet area, yet close to the city center. Amazingly clean, comfortable rooms with brand new appliances, plumbing, and crisp white linens. A huge TV with smart TV function👍Beautiful, well-maintained grounds, friendly staff who are always available and responsive to visitors' requests. Delicious breakfasts, a cool, clean pool! "Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

Nothing. Can’t comment on local restaurants, shops etc as didn’t leave the hotel. I understand there isn’t a supermarket within walking distance but only a few mins in a taxi (we drove past it on way to the marina) and shop on site has a good selection of toiletries .

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

"I really enjoyed my stay here - the hotel is like an oasis of calm in Bissau. Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. Good buffet breakfast, clean swimming pool, lovely gardens, spacious rooms. I felt very safe here as a solo female too."

"The shuttle bus from the airport was on site when we arrived and very comfortable after the plane ride. Check in was quick and the staff was amazing. Our room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable."

"The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

The staircase is always difficult to navigate with a suitcase in these hotels in Bermuda

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.
