"Very good breakfast, great location, and very friendly staff. The interior is modern, and the amenities of the hotel are very good."

The hotel has a serious issue with plumbing. Didn't get hot water for quite a long time in teh shower and had to wait long, while the hot water was yelowish.

"The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Connaught Place, making it very convenient to explore the area. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and the metro station within walking distance, which makes getting around Delhi very easy."

"The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

"A new, modern hotel located in a quiet area, yet close to the city center. Amazingly clean, comfortable rooms with brand new appliances, plumbing, and crisp white linens. A huge TV with smart TV function👍Beautiful, well-maintained grounds, friendly staff who are always available and responsive to visitors' requests. Delicious breakfasts, a cool, clean pool! Excellent value for money!"

"A lovely place to stay if you are looking for a little paradise, which is peaceful and calm and still close by all facilites you need. There are complimentary kayaks and snorkelling gear and there is a lovely pool area. The owner Harry and the housekeeper Karen were really amazing and very friendly. There are a few restaurants near by and so is the bus station or rental places where you can hire a car or motorbike."

The only thing I would mention that could be improved in the future is to install an AC. For me the STRONG ventilator was enough as I have no problems with heat and humidity.

Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.

The staircase is always difficult to navigate with a suitcase in these hotels in Bermuda

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

"The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They gave us good advice about the city and where to eat and drink. The recommendations were spot on! There was tea and coffee in the room. Lovely to be in a family run hotel that showed care to the building and the visitors."

Lovely property but needs a little refurbishing. More for the Island’s government to consider: The Island could have better (and cleaner) walking paths between all the resorts, beaches and the Village.

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

"It's on the beach, right as you want it to be at a place like Turks. The atmosphere is, in general, very cozy, and the overall premises work well. It gives out a relaxed mood and the sea in front of the hotel is superb. They actually provide ice free of charge, which eventually proved to be very helpful. The room was quite good and spacious. They are, though, a bit old, but they still provide a good stay, and everything worked as expected."

The service at the restaurant is quite slow. Some technical stuff in the rooms can be improved, such as the shower and the sockets.

Please note the hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the main square and public taxis are very few. To get around, you need to have a Mongolian SIM to use the taxi apps, master the bus system, of hitchhike
