"Very calming Hostel with a great kitchen and superb location. Very secure, lockers where fantastic Very spacious and locked well. Beds very comfy too. Staff not overbearing, breakfast solid too."

"The bathroom is separate to the rooms, 2 showers, one cubicle and one urinal - not a problem for my stay but if all the rooms where full, could be a short wait to use the facilities. However this was well advertised and the facilities where spotless - just something to be aware of."

"We loved our stay at Minihotel Poongdaengi! We had a private double room for 2 nights. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was super comfortable!. The bathroom was well equipped with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and even a hairdryer. Additionally they provided a shared fully equipped kitchen and luggage storage. The location was a great base for exploring gyeongju, being central to both the bus station, modern city, and historical areas! The included eggs, toast, coffee, and juice were amazing, best value for money during our whole South Korea trip! Thank you!"

"The front desk staff were amazing. So kind and helpful. The facilities were truly amazing for what they were. It's a hostel of course, but it was clean and spacious. I would surely book here again."

"The only minor grievance is the distance from attractions in downtown Gyeonju. However, t's incredibly close to Bulgaksa and the Grotto. Gyeongju seems to just be spread out, so I find no fault in the hostel for this."
