"Marks Reef is a very premium facility. The villa is very spacious and outfitted with smart devices which allow for easy of access and energy conservation. It is also a very spectacular location with excellent views of the sea. The onsite pool is not shallow at all and allows for a good swim. The facility offers various spaces for quiet relaxation if one so desires or group activities if so inclined. Well kept premises facilitates relaxation and peace."

"The space for cars can be tight at 3 cars but that is not a major issue."

"The location was private and very quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for. The views were incredible, every morning presented a beautiful visual of the ocean and surrounding countryside. The villa was well-appointed, landscaping was well-maintained and access to WIFI was excellent."

"The place was very, very quiet (you only heard the rustling of th sea) and the view on the sea was extremely beautiful, one of the best sea views I ever saw (and I travelled a lot!). When I was there I also saw very many butterflies. The room was well equipped with fridge and tea facilities. The lady can make good meals. The village of Sauteurs is only half an hour walking from the place over a quiet road. Sauteurs is a little dull but has a certain Caribbean charm."

"The location in Lance Aux Epines was excellent. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, yet close to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. The home is large and well maintained, the furnishings are comfortable and it included everything we needed. Yare was very accommodating to our special requests and communication with her was the best we have had in all of our short term rentals anywhere. Samantha who met us on site on check-in was very also friendly and helpful."

"The pool, the location had a wonderful morning sunrise sky with a beautiful breeze, a vehicle is needed to go from this locaiton to visit Grenada so keep that in mind, local hire cars are not complicated and fairly priced. Local food vendors at street level and fishers just down the street provided a welcome local flabvour and experiences for reasonable costs. The accommodation I wuld describe as functional, family, groups oriented for space and general daily activities, for a mix of family, children, etc,. BBQ in the garden, laundry, etc. make it quite home from home. The breeze was also good for keeping away mosquitoes that are more of an issue when there is no breeze!"

"Great view, friendly neighbours, AMAZING hosts, airport pick up and drop off, complimentary drinks, very clean and tidy with everything you needed, great location near to airport and only 5 minutes drive from Grand Anse beach , close to supermarkets, bus at end of drive towards St George's. Best of all was meeting and getting to know Mr Finch and his partner Angel. Nothing at all was too much trouble for them , always around to lend a hand, give some advice or just a pleasant chat and always with a great big smile. Between the wonderful hosts and spacious 1 bedroom apartment we really had the true authentic Grenadian experience and would highly recommend this property. Thank you both for making our 3 week stay so relaxing and enjoyable."

"Mia was very welcoming on arrival. The ambience of the villa was relaxing and friendly, Our room was lovely and the breakfasts were very good. It is conveniently located for the BBC and Great Anse beaches. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The terrace by the waters edge was a lovely place to sit and relax and watch the sun go down."
