"We paid online (!) 25 euro for the parking on the day of arrival, following the link that was shared by the host. Once departing in the morning from the place next day, an unknown lady came to us and started to talk with us in French (we told her we dont speak French and we suggested to communicate via google translate), she texted that we owe 25 euros for parking, but we were not agree with her as we already payed by card, but she was very persistant and emotaional. We just left, this was not very nice incident at all."

"Location was great - 10 min walk into Etretat. Parking was handy to have but felt it was expensive especially in winter. Apartment was clean and good size. Wifi good. Tv good. Kitchen well equipped although got a takeaway and ate out rather than cooked. Coffee machine with nice pod coffee. Nice shower and decor. Dog friendly. Good communication and was sent check.in info with door codes about 4pm on check in day."

"It's a lovely place! Very cozy and comfortable rooms, and the staff is really friendly. The building is very close to the bus station, so we didn’t have to go far with our luggage. The place is in a quiet part of town, but just a 10-minute walk through the charming streets to the ocean and the city center."

"The apartment was as lovely as it looks in the photos, roomy and spotlessly clean. The location just outside of the centre was good."

"The apartment is fairly minimalist which looks nice, but there is no storage to unpack your clothes. There is a huge wardrobe, but only a couple of hangers, and there are no drawers anywhere. So we were literally living out of our suitcases which were open on the living room floor which rather spoilt the minimalist look! Also, I think the apartment was a bit expensive (Etretat is, I know!) but given the amount you were paying I think they should have included parking (which they have plenty of space for in the garden) for free, rather than charging 25 euros a day! (We instead used the free parking out of town further up the road which was free, but was a 10 mins walk away.) Another thing that niggled was only leaving us one roll of toilet paper! For 170 euros a night I think they could have done better !! It would also have been helpful to give us instructions for the key codes to the property day or so before we got to the property - we didn't receive them till a few hours before we arrived and as I was having problems accessing data on my phone (and hence couldn't easily access the Booking.com app) this was stressful."

"We absolutely loved this beautiful apartment. We stayed on the second floor. The apartment was very cozy, spotless, and clean. Beautiful view from the window, fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed and big shower. The house itself is very beautiful with authentic French charm, located right next to the bus station and within a 10 min walk from the beach and main attractions. If I ever come back to Etretat, I will definitely stay in this place again. The check-in process was very easy. We got instructions on time and were able to check in on our own."
