"Sehr freundlicher Empfang, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Sie mussten auf uns warten, da wir den Ort nicht auf Anhieb fanden. Die Umgebung ist schön und vielfältig. Das Studio war sehr sauber und mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet."
"Heizung nur via Klimaanlage, was bedeutet, dass es im EG kalt blieb und nur die Galerie heizte. Das Schlafzimmer ist nicht abgetrennt wie beschrieben, sondern auf einer Galerie (mezzanine), via Treppe erreichbar. Eingang, Küche und Wohnzimmer bilden eine ziemlich enge Einheit, der Esstisch steht direkt vor dem Schlafsofa. Für 4 Personen scheint uns die Unterkunft zu klein. Für die Abreise muss man sich mit den Gastgebern verabreden, sie kommen vorbei. Evt haben sie schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht?"

"L'arrivée autonome (boite à clés). L'échange de messages avec la propriétaire très réactive. Le côté cocooning de l'appartement. La salle de bain spacieuse et avec une fenêtre! Le plateau d'accueil (café, thé, gâteaux...) Le grand placard de rangement. Le petit balcon (même si très petit). La présence d'un lave linge au rez de chaussée de l'immeuble."

Bright and light roof terrace with a fabulous view over La Cartoucherie area. An innovative area of Toulouse that has everything you could possibly need. The hotel staff are lovely and parking was so easy under the hotel. We loved the hot, cold or sparkling water available on every floor, too."

"Great location. Right in front of "Place de la Republique", which is the main square of the town, a beautiful and lively square. The rooftop also has a great view of the square and church. The appartment is comfortable, rather spacious, with mostly modern amenities. We were 4 adults and 1 baby and still felt we had enough room. Guillaume is very reliable and friendly. I would highly recommend for a short stay in Leucate, to enjoy the town and surrounding area/beaches."
