"Ubicación genial. La terraza es una gozada poder cenar ahí por la noche con las vistas preciosas que tiene y una temperatura tan agradable, aunque deberían cambiar al menos las sillas, estaban oxidadas y alguna hasta rota."
"En general es un piso con un potencial increíble, pero está bastante "dejado", con pequeños cambios y mínima inversión, sería genial. Uno de los mayores contras es que el aire acondicionado tan solo lo hay en el salón, ninguna de las 2 habitaciones lo tiene, y es muy necesario. Las ventanas no aislan nada y se escucha muchísimo el ruido del exterior. Las sillas de la terraza están oxidadas y alguna rota, paredes de la terraza cerrada con grietas bastante grandes, camas bastante incómodas y en general la imagen de la terraza, es de abandono total. Es una pena, el piso tiene unas posibilidades increíbles."
