This modern hotel is located in the centre of Narva, in the immediate vicinity of the train and bus station on one side and Narva Castle and the river on the other side. Narva Hotell & Spaa features a restaurant, a lobby bar, a conference room, a banquet hall and a guarded parking lot. The rooms are located on 3 floors. On the first floor of the hotel there is a restaurant of european cuisine M.Chagall. All rooms, which are located on 3 floor have a minibar, TV and free wi-fi. Suites and junior suites have their own saunas. 2 historic monuments can be easily seen from Narva Hotell & Spaa - Herman Castle on the Estonian bank of the Narva River, and the Ivangorod Fortress on the Russian side. The hotel has a brand new Atsipalaidavimo Šventykla center IDA, which accommodates up to 48 guests and is intended for both hotel guests and visitors from the city. The private Atsipalaidavimo Oazė center includes 3 jacuzzis with relaxing hydro-massages, 4 saunas, a relaxation area, and a bar.

"Kambarys gana erdvus, šviesus, tvarkingas. Kambaryje buvo arbatinukas, kava, arbata, taurės, rankšluoščiai, chalatas, šlepetės (gal todėl, kad buvome užsisakę SPA?). Viešbučio koridoriams jau reiktų remonto:) SPA randasi rūsyje:) Jame 4 pirtys ir 3 jakuzzi, taip pat yra keletas gultų, suoliukų su stalais, net bariukas. Pirtys labai patiko, tačiau jakuzzi nuvylė, nes vanduo buvo labai šaltas. Pusryčiai gana sotūs, mums patiko:)"
"Nepatiko 2 dalykai: 1. Jakuzzi šaltas vanduo. 2. Viešbučio koridoriuose jaučiamas gana intensyvus kvepalų (namų kvapų) kvapas, kuris galėtų būti švelnesnis ir mažiau įkyrus."

"Vakare 20.45 nuėjome į SPA. Nors SPA darbo laikas yra iki 22.00 val, pasijutome labai nejaukiai, kai darbuotoja jau 21.15 pradėjo valytis, tvarkytis, plauti dušines, lyg norėdama parodyti, kad laikas mums išeiti. Po mūsų atėjo dar ir kiti viešbučio svečiai. Visi pasijutome labai nejaukiai. Manome, kad tokių vietų valymas turėtų būti pasibaigus SPA lankymosi valandoms. Juo labiau, kad tai mokama paslauga. Kitas momentas, kai grįžus vakare į kambarį ir įjungus šviesas, ant šviestuvo pamatėme gausybę voratinklių ir dulkių. Gaila, kad negaliu pasidalinti video:)"
