Oswaldo is a fantastic chef; I highly recommend asking for the local breakfast and eating lunch or dinner there to get his full range of delicious masterpieces. Pilar is a walking encyclopedia of Ecuadorian (and world) culture, history, and food; she shares incredibly interesting stories. Both were so lovely and I cannot wait to return. This is the perfect destination for a quiet getaway with the beautiful beach right across the beach."

"Everything: size, interior and facilities. This house does not have direct access to the beach, but it offers calm and quite night sleep, which we really loved. 10 min walk to the sea. We would love to explore other properties of the same host, like Sandy Feet house :)"

I got great tips on what to visit around the area and I am sad that I didn't stay longer. The room was spacious, clean, I had beautiful view to the mountains and the shower was hot!
