"Felt safe and every room overlooks the ocean. The bed was really comfy and good shower. Breakfast was nice and the staff were really lovely. We enjoyed our 2 night stay. 🥰"
"We weren't keen on the outdoor kitchen facility as it was down under the house on sight and it felt dark and a bit dismal, but at least they had one. It had a shared fridge and a kettle so that was great. 😁"

"We were lucky to get a room on the upper floor. Better furnished than usual for something like this. Fridge and quiet a/c. Also good outdoor furniture on the terrace. Nice and good service from the girl who cleaned and served breakfast, which was varied every day. Best of the whole trip on a nice patio with a sea view. This was a nice end to our Costa Rica trip. "A very convenient base, just a few minutes' walk from the main street in Cahuita and national park entrance. The room was comfortable and the swimming pool just in front was a nice bonus. We were very fortunate to be able to use one of the parking spaces on the property, having previously requested this, and the breakfast was tasty and substantial."

"Nice and free accommodation right by the ocean. The rooms were cosy and clean. Nice garden with lots of possibilities to relax. The breakfasts were tasty. The hotel is a short walk from Chauita National Park and Playa Negra Beach. I highly recommend the accommodation."

"Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. Excellent location and can walk to many restaurants and bars. Also very close to Playa Negra. The national park is only a few minutes down the road as well. Overall I would recommend this hotel."

"The staff are great - very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately not always available. I found huge cockroaches in my room in the evening (which can happen obviously, since the hotel is surrounded by nature), but there was absolutely nobody to ask for assistance. Perhaps it would be good to have somebody on a night shift in case someone needs help with something."
