I'm a bit of a wuss and didn't enjoy the cold shower. (the only thing that stopped me giving a 10) Oddly the next door neighbour started playing really loud music at 7.00 a.m. on two of the mornings I was there, although I understand this won't be a problem moving forward.

The shelf above the bed head is rather low and it is very easy to bump into it. The duvet is rather short for an adult.

"Lokacija tobula - pačiame nuostabaus istorinio kaimelio Kalavasos centre, greta puikių tavernų, kuriose vakare verda gyvenimas! Gyvenome savaitę laiko. Per ją - tris kartus buvo pakeisti ranksluosčiai ir minimaliai aptvarkomas apartamentas kol buvom išvykę dienos metu. Tikrai jauki vieta pagyventi, atitinkanti savo kainą. Beje, galėjome naudotis netoliese esančiu puikiu baseinu, kuriame visus kartus buvome tik mes vieni :)"

Apartamentų viduje buvo šiek tiek skruzdėlių, kurios pradžioje kiek šokiravo. Bet paskui supratome, kad jos tiesiog turi savo takus, kuriais vaišto. Tad ten stegėmės nelaikyti savo daiktų ir/ ar maisto :) Taip pat galėtų būti kiek patogesni virtuvės įrankiai, tokie kaip bent jau aštrus, normalus peilis. Dar keistokai pasirodė tai, jog apartamentuose yra skalbimo mašina, bet skalbimo priemonių - ne.

"Because I arrived late at the airport, I looked for a ger nearby. It was more than I expected. Good staffs, Good nature."

"It was a very nice and quiet remote hotel surrounded by nature. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They ordered us food. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean."

The shower had an instantaneous water heater, which was very difficult to regulate the water temperature. It was either too hot or too cool.

We were only informed after booking that we needed to pay extra for the towels, bedlinen and that we needed to pay a deposit. We didn't mind, but I don't like we were only told after booking.

"The place is very nice, downhills there are shops , uphills there are restaurants) Pepper valley is 30 min walk from the hotel. Administator Anastasiya is a very polite lady. And the person appointed for the service of the outside territory is nice as well."

Some of the staff ( not all) are rude. It is connected with their lifestyle and misunderstandings which appear when people ask for some things. Some do not understand that in a room there needs to be evth for eating and drinking even if a person eats out. In the best room of the new building still there is no fridge inside the room. However, the place for it exists as the furniture provided has particular space for it. The communication problems may occur so it is better to negotiate every single detail as the view of the relax may differ.

"The breakfast was great with good selection of cooked food and continental. We had a Seaview room. The place was very clean and peaceful. We were able to organise sightseeing and transfer to the coach station with Eleni at a cheaper price than a taxi company. There's no public transport from the guest house to the centre and it's high up. On one occasion Eleni's husband dropped us off at a bus stop (for free) to go to the national park. Eleni and her husband were friendly and they have a little dog. We enjoyed the sun and our stay overall. Sarande is a good base to visit other places. The view from the castle which is almost behind the guesthouse is not to be missed however you need transport to get up the mountain. We had to google places to eat that met our dietary requirements. These were in the centre or a little further away."

"The location is fantastic. The history, the environment, the plantation, the social experiment. The house is old so it's not for people who want beaches, pools and modern environments. It is for people who love the age and history, the balconies and great food."

Staff need to be more customer focused. It's not just about speaking the language, it's about a can do, here to help approach
