"Located just outside the old city walls, this charming former madrasa offers a peaceful, authentic experience. The central garden was delightful. Breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful, even arranging a transfer for me. Perfect for anyone looking for a calm, historic atmosphere."

"Šis šeimos viešbutis yra tiesiog už senojo Khivos miesto sienų, ramioje vietoje, visai šalia lankytinų objektų."

"Large bedroom, extremely clean, with good facilities and a good location (though not in the city center). Excellent breakfast variety."
Neigiamas aspektas:
"The only aspect that could use some improvement is the experience with the staff. However, after visiting the country, I think this may be a general issue. Most of the staff do not speak English, and some do not seem to know how to properly address or deal with customers."

"Toks uždaras, dvelkiantis senove viešbutis. Viešbutis yra uždarajame mieste. "Medresė" tipo. Tai jautiesi tarsi gyventum senovėje. Paslaugus personalas. Paprašėme, kad pratęstu mūsų viešnagę iki kitos dienos vakaro, tai maloniai sutiko (už pusę Booking siūlomos kainos)."
Neigiamas aspektas:
"Kiek tai trūko natūralios ventiliacijos. Bet tai ne problema, nes buvo kondicionierius."

"We’ve had a great stay my mom and I! The guesthouse is ideally located within Khiva’s historic center, so all the sights are within walking distance. The room was perfect, and the hosts were so kind. They even arranged a take-away breakfast for us, for when we were getting picked up at 6am for a tour. Thank you for your hospitality! 🙏"

"We liked everything. Our room for four was big and clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was hearthy and filling. The property is within the walls. The beautiful ancient city of Khiva is walking distance from the property. The hosts were helpful and polite. Only one young man could speak English. We were allowed to leave our bags in the premise after check out."
Neigiamas aspektas:
"The bathroom has a foul oder."
