"We loved the view from our eco friendly and very well appointed self contained place - we could see the sea and were surrounded by trees, flowering plants and birds. We liked being a short walk downhill to the village of Castara with grocery shops, places to eat local food and entertainment. Bars on the beach were very friendly. We loved getting a boat to nearby coves and snorkelling. Paradise for us!"
Neigiamas aspektas:
"The fairly stiff walk back from the village is fine as long as you don't rush. The Castara Retreats Restaurant serves lovely fresh fish caught locally but wine as you might expect is eye wateringly expensive. Try Stag beer instead and even that is twice as expensive as in the village."

"Fantastic location and design layout! Amazing bedroom & shower with astounding unforgettable views over the beach (max 5 min walk) watching manta rays & the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Apart from thoughts below this is a truly amazing place!!!"
Neigiamas aspektas:
"Toilets could have been cleaner & toiletries in both bedrooms not just one? Better more flexible lighting at night time for when you need it. It can be a bit shadowy! Perhaps a welcome pack always a great gesture. The mosquito net in the top room (ceiling hanging style) was pretty useless & looked a bit used."

"The location and the staff were amazing. There are a few stairs here and there so not for those who have serious mobility issues. Very close to the beach (a 1-2 minute walk) but also a little garden and some degree of privacy being set back from the beach a bit. Everything is walking distance - restaurants, bars, a football field where kids play football every afternoon."
