"We were extremely satisfied with our stay and the overall service. The guesthouse owner welcomed us very warmly and even organized our transfer from the port, where the driver was waiting for us upon arrival. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, and very clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and we had no issues at all during our stay. Breakfast was excellent — great coffee, fresh fruit, a delicious omelet, and something sweet to enjoy as well. Everything was fresh and very tasty."

"It's a beautiful hotel and the rooms are awesome and big. Nice facilities. Staff was very friendly bit a bit shy. They gave us breakfast take away when we had to leave early. They also helped with our luggage and were very keen to help us generally."

"The location of the hotel is a bit far from the center. You'll need to pass some dark roads at night to get to the hotel. The rooms were really great but could use a handyman here and there but no big remarks. We loved our stay, however we feel the price was a bit too high"

"Absolute perfect location on the beach. Quiet street. Close to Supermarket and very good pizza restaurant. Spacious house with big bedrooms and bathrooms. The host Barbara is absolutely wonderful and accommodating. Be sure to contact her for any needs like bicycle rentals (a must, since it is a car free island)and info on fishing charters etc. Her meals were exceptional, although 600 Rupee (36 EU) pp for dinner and 400 sr (24 EU) for breakfast. Cold drinking water dispenser was a big bonus!"

"The ocean in front of the house is very shallow, at low tide ankle deep. So no real swimming. The water is very warm, even the pool is warm, so no cooling off! The stairs might be a bit dangerous for older people (only 1 small bedroom on ground floor) since in is polished wood and spiralling. There is a problem of tiny ants, so do not leave any food out."

"Big and clean apartment. Nice wood furniture, well equipped kitchen. And magic shower for two person! They clean apartment every day. Close to to apartment you can easily find good bakery, restaurants, take away. Just 3-5 min to place for seeing wonderful sunset!"

"The property is beautiful and very well located on the island making it easy to access all the beaches, especially Anse Source d’Argent. My stay here was absolutely wonderful, the cottage is lovely and very well taken care of. Lindy and Jemmy are wonderful people and really made us feel welcome and at home. We were given delicious fresh fruit juice while checking in and had the option to rent bikes directly from the property at a fair price. Breakfast is also delicious and the rooms are quite comfortable. Lovely place to stay in La Digue, will definitely come back here!"
