"Disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment . We checked in at 5 pm, and unfortunately, the bathrooms were not up to par despite promises of a clean space. One person handling the cleaning is clearly not enough, especially for a space that needs attention to detail. The WC was clean, but that's where it ended. The bathroom floor was covered in mold, the gutters were open with no covers, and the walls and windows were dirty. It's surprising given the importance of a clean bathroom. Perhaps having a female cleaner could make a difference, as they often notice the little things that might be missed. For the price, cleanliness should be a top priority. Hopefully, this feedback helps improve the service for future guests."
