"We had a great stay at Spondylus Lodge! The rooms are clean and comfortable and everything looks new. The center of the little town and beach are a 2 minute walk. Ayampe is a super cute little town and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner and family where enjoying a holiday while we were there and where super hospitable and kind to us! Ayampe and Spondylus lodge are definitely our new favorite beach destination in Ecuador!"

"The studio apartment was beautiful, with great quality facilities and attention to detail. Everything you need is there and it’s great value for money. Close to the beach. The host and staff were very friendly and communicative and gave us some good tips for restaurants and things to do in the area. Highly recommended!"
