"This hotel is incredibly beautiful! The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was delicious. We got a room with a balcony and couldn't believe how lucky we got here! We stayed for 3 nights and the staff were brilliant too. Would HIGHLY recommend staying here if you're in Chengdu. Also it was so easy to catch Didi's from this hotel too as they pick you up from the end of the road."

"We were so impressed and disappointed we only booked for one night. The staff were so friendly and went the extra mile to help you. Spotlessly clean (no cigarette smells). The breakfast was amazing and there was such a selection to choose from. The room exceeded our expectations. A great walking distance to the pandas."

"The location is good The staff is very helpful and very consideration as the housekeeper accidentally throw my contact lenses container and the staff buy it back for me."

"The bed and pillow are too soft The breakfast variation is limited as we stay for 5 days. It would be good if the hotel person in charge can have more choices for the breakfast will be good"

"The staff was really kind and helpful, always ready to meet your requests, they even borrowed us some umbrellas and gave us a panda magnet"

"Unfortunately, they do not provide breakfast. The hotel is situated on the 12th floor of a residential building, so they have little control on whatever happens in the building (for example, people smoking always everywhere)"
