"Staff was very nice. Had nice little pool bar. Decent value for money. Nice pool area."

"Breakfast was ok. Not great. Needed more items to select from. Overall, the area by pool needs a good power washing. Pavement was dirty and lots of bird poop."

"Apartment owner Veronica grew up in the United States, so it was a refreshing change to be able to speak my native language for a change (I could tell SHE loved that aspect, also). The apartment has a new, high-capacity air conditioner that took care of record-breaking summer temperatures BAKING the city of Los Andes....which has NO "alpine height refreshing breezes"....as one might falsely-imagine. IRONICALLY, Los Andes was 4 degrees hotter than nearby Santiago !!!"

"There were many ants in the kitchen area. This is a privately-only APARTMENT, one of tons and tons of them, in an enormous housing development built in 2013. Therefore, many young kids with their pets could be heard on the other side of my window....striving to avoid the abnormally-intense (record-breaking) Chilean heat. Disposing of garbage also difficult."

"We only stayed one night but really enjoyed our stay. It felt safe and was in a good location. The host was very generous and allowed us to leave our bags there until later in the day."
