"Small authentic hotel with a beautiful view of the tea plantations. We booked a bungalow with a balcony, bathroom and bedroom. Breakfast was good, but we waited for dinner for more than 1.5 hours."

It was cold in the room, shower doesn't work

"Friendly staff, beautiful location, very cozy and comfortable. Was perfect to come back and wind down after a busy day. We loved our tent (large bed with bathroom), definitely did not feel like you were camping. The pool was a great touch as well."

A bit far out of town. 35 minute walk or 6 minute taxi. A small price to pay for such a beautiful location

"The cabin was a very unique place to stay! It was super cool, very clean, and it’s the cheapest accommodation option you can get on Aruba! It has a kitchen that is a huge plus.. cooking meal on Aruba is essential if you want to save money. It’s very near a great supermarket Cmart where you find absolutely everything. Walking distance from the airport if you can handle the heat."

It’s a bit far from the downtown.. 30min walk or you can take a bus that stops 50m from the house and leaves once in an hour. The place is kind of over organized..with their xxx items inventory and strict arrangements. Check out could be later.

"We really enjoyed staying at Ursak Camp. The cabins and tents are beautifully designed and create a wonderful atmosphere close to nature. Another big advantage is that you can buy ready-made meals on site, which is very convenient since the nearest grocery stores are quite far away. Everything was very clean, the sauna was excellent, and the food was great as well. The accommodation itself was very comfortable. We truly enjoyed being surrounded by nature — the whole experience was wonderful."

This is not an issue with Ursak Camp itself, but rather a helpful tip for future visitors. Google Maps and Waze often suggest a route through Sinjajevina Mountain. At first the road looks paved and normal, but eventually it ends. In winter there may be snow, and it is easy to get stuck there. There is also almost no mobile signal in that area. It is much safer to approach Ursak Camp through the town of Kolašin and enter from the lower road. The mountain road may be fine in summer, but in winter it is better not to take that route.

"It was unique and the location perfect as we had stopped off in the city of Masaru on the way. We had excellent communication with the host who organised an upgrade as we were two women travelling together and asked for the possibility of twin beds. Mark organised a full day out on his horses with his guide Motobang which was excellent and included lunch. All food was prepared by him and was delicious and plenty."

The unique igloos have a pleasant interior atmosphere and are comfortable to sleep in. The campsite is ideally located for visiting the various national parks in the region. First of all please do not rely on the reviews here. The most one I think are fake reviews. This is now the real situation at this so called Nature "hotel". Flies flies flies. Everywhere thousand of flies. Flies in the rooms, flies in the restaurant everywhere you will have the flies. This is an indicator about the bad hygiene in this hotel. I have booked to so called King Room with Mountain view. It sounds very friendly but the reality is totally a horror. The room is very dirty and most issue it is wet and everywhere you see mold. When you enter the room you smell the moldy air. Absolutely unhealthy enviroment. Even the bedding is moldy and wet. The floor is wet. The walls are wet. We have to use hair dryer to have a little bit dry feeling when we sleep. But we could not sleep very well. Very terrible situation. Beside the moldy enviroment the room cleanless is terrible. Everywhere died flies and their feces. Stains on bedding and hairs. The bathroom was so dirty that we have avoided to take a shower. The toilet was not cleaned. The breakfast was consist of only rice and noodle and some unfresh cakes. On the food there are a lot of flies. They have a menu but most ones are not available. So we ate some noodle but was very low quality. Now my frustration. I have paid 1.4mRP for one night. In Indonesia you can stay in a very good 4 star Hotel for this price. I have requested a refund but the owner/staff was very unfriendly and not collaborative. For 200kRP you can stay in Bromo/Tosari in every homestay which is more better than this kind. So dont rely on the pics and reviews. The guys are cheating in a high level. Please be really careful to book this hotel. I have already claimed to booking.com. "For family vacation is the best place. The beach is near, there is restaurant is on the territory. Very comfortable and clean mobile homes, all the necessary equipment is available for cooking. Service is excellent."

The cottage was not super clean upon arrival, overly expensive optional 'add ons' (sheets/cleaning fee/equipment rental).

"It's an exceptionally clean and comfortable campsite, with friendly staff. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the service excellent. The location is beautiful. Although not far from the station, there is a frequent bus, which is useful if you have luggage or skis."

The bathroom itselfe and the toilett is in another house but not far away from the cabin, just like 20 steps.

"Easily accessible at the center of town, close to bus stops. The host provided a lot of amenities, such as bathroom items and some snacks and water to ease a late arrival. Spacious main room, a hallway with clothes hanger and mirror, and a spacious bathroom with shower, tub, and washer."

The house inside the layout is stunning but very crowded same as kitchen. There has no space for our luggages and things. We love all the things and musical instruments but maybe the house is too small for everything inside.
