"I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in the mountains. The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush nature and breathtaking views. The peaceful atmosphere makes it the perfect place to relax, slow down, and enjoy the beauty of Bali. Special thanks to Sammy, for his kindness and for making guests feel so valued. "Gorgeous dome, well equipped. Easy to get to from the centre of Reykjavik by public bus. Easy self check in and information pack. The dome was spotless and nice and warm with the heaters when we arrived. We used the log burner and there was a good supply of wood and fire starters. The bathroom was clean and we weren’t bothered about it not being in the dome. We didn’t use the showers as we only stayed one night. The kitchen facilities were great and we heated up some food we brought with us. The hot tub was amazing and the mini bottle of fizz and the drinks were a great bonus. We drank it whilst watching the northern lights from the hot tub."

"Tropical paradise. The resort is accessible only by boat and up against a national park with lots of lemurs. We were there for five days, four nights in a beachfront bungalow with private facilities. Sun lounges under coconut palms. Local seafood at the restaurant. Hardly any other guests. Affordable for budget travelers."

Ok, cold water showers, but hey.

"Otentic was the most amazing authentic place. It felt super communal and was full of activities to fill the day. Amazing Creole food. Staff were wonderful! Would recommend to anyone. You NEED to stay here"

"Very nice view onto the valley and the volcano. We were watching the stars and shooting stars from the very comfortable bed. Although it was cold outside, the blankets and heater keep you warm. The jacuzzi was nice as well."

The water in the jacuzzi is warm but not hot, but it wasn’t bad and totally acceptable for being in the middle of nowhere.

"Andrea was a wonderful host and this is the perfect place for a relaxing few days. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent and the whole place has a lovely atmosphere. We enjoyed the quiet evening, drinking wine in our jacuzzi outside the tent! Because the tents are grouped around a central area, it is perfect for a group of family/friends. We are already planning a return trip! My only concern though, would be if there were families with small children running around, it would disturb other guests. This is not really a place suitable for children, and ideally should be an adults only location."

The food at dinner could be much better - like simple and fresh. Our guide on game drives delivered at the end but was not inspiring or dedicated
