"We liked everything! The location, the cottage, bedrooms, washroom, kitchen, dinning area, private BBQ, deck, and private chairs by the water front! 1 min walk to Tim Hortons and Gas Station, 2 mins walk to the beach, 5 mins walk to Foodland. Samantha was very friendly. Stephen didn't say hi to us but that's okay. We will stay at this property again!"

"From the beginning you could realise that Allison thinks of many details and cares a lot. Getting the keys and entering the house was very easy (contactless). The garden, the furniture, the book with housing rules and travel tipps, the cleanliness -> everything planned very well and with great care. Very late checkout was offered. We enjoyed the stay a lot and would clearly recommend it."

It was not clear to us that the pool was shared between 3 houses, don´t know if we just missed it. But in reality it was no issue, it was always empty, when we wanted to use it. Checkout rules could also be mentioned in the book. Despite that, it was still by far the best stay of our holidays.

"The villa is spacious and well ventilated. The swimming pool is clean and almost entirely ours. The staff Grace and Amani are very good and welcoming. The owner Monica is also good and always checking whether we were comfortable."

A microwave is very necessary. I didn't see an iron box either but I didn't ask whether there was one. The deserted bushy stretch of the road from the main road is scaring especially at night.

"The location was amazing, the chalet was nice had everything we needed and more. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly."

Given the setting we anticipated nature insects etc which by the way there were many! The baths were not in a good condition.

"The best house we booked ever . Reckon the best in Batumi area. Exceptional location , magnificent view, botanical garden.And very welcoming hosts, house owners . "Everything was perfect! In real life, the house is even better than in the photos. It has four floors and a very interesting layout. Very cozy, with a lot of attention to details that make the stay comfortable. The location is excellent, and the view from the roof is wonderful. Communication with the host was instant whenever I had any questions, and he was always ready to help. I will definitely come back here again. I’m delighted!"

Everything was perfect!

"Nice cabin in the jungle. The host was very supportive and waited for us in the apartment. He also gave us tips how to organise ourselfes in the village, which is a bit tricky in those closed areas in the middle of the jungle. The moskito nets where intact in Chez Faby (not in Carbet Bawouette)."

The village-wide WiFi does not work at all. There is free starlink at the grocery shop, otherwise you have no connection in the whole village. Apartment would need a thorough cleaning.

Location views are wonderful, very quiet location short drive up hill to San Morino and shortdrive down to Rimoni.
