"We loves the hotel in general. The rooms were well equipped, the food was super delicious, the portions were great. The staff was helpful and extraordinarily kind to small children."

"We did not know that we should climd a lot of stairs in order to reach the restaurant. It was difficult for our parents."

"Location. Roof terrace. Clean room with sea view balcony."

"The supply at breakfast was a bit poor and unchanged during our five days staying. The fruits were not refilled after running out the initially served quantity. Partly deriving from the close location to the centre we need to keep close the balcony door despite the pleasent summer nights because of the loud music from the promenade's disco and restaurants. However, the balcony door was soundproof fortunatelly."

"Staff was very friendly. The resceptionist decided to upgrade our room, we didn't asked for it (we booked a room without balcony and view, he upgraded to one with balkony and see view). He also, first offered a cheaper outside parking spot but we decided to pay more for garage. Also, waiters allway at disposal, nice and helpful. Location of the hotel is perfect. It has its own beach, very convenient. Also, the food is really tasty. We are always happy to go back there."

"A szállás nagyon szép és kényelmes. A reggeli bőséges (nekem az automata kávé sajnos nem ízlett, de ez személyes vélemény, a minősége más hasonló szállásokhoz viszonyítva így is jó volt) A személyzet csodálatos. A recepciós hölgy kiváló képpen - prémiumot érdemel a tulajdonostól - és tökéletesen beszél angolul. A szobánk a VILLA részben volt közvetlen a tengerparton, gyönyörű kilátással. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes."

"Personal muy profesional, simpático y amable, tanto en desayuno como en recepción. Buena ubicación en la mejor zona de Neum. Habitación amplia, luminosa y excepcionalmente limpia, con una cama comodísima y vistas geniales al mar. Muy recomendable."

"El desayuno en general es bueno, sin embargo el café es algo a mejorar y apenas hay fruta."

"I love that we stayed in a living piece of history. It's such an amazing feeling to see the preserved building and traditional decorations. I would like to convey my appreciation to Leila and staff who were all so genuine, helpful and kind with our check-in, prepping a breakfast box for our early morning checkout, and in general being a friendly presence in the property. Love the Bosnian breakfast, it was so much selection to start the day. The dining area was also beautiful. Our room was small but clean, beautifully decorated and equipped with modern facilities such as a heated bathroom floor and hot water. The hotel is so close to the Old Town, 100m away walk and 10 minutes walk to the bus/train station."

"The location of the hotel is in the heart of Mostar old town. It's around 200mt away from the old, historical bridge. (The old bridge is also very amazing...) The breakfast was good and enough.
