"Clear, small, and nice apartment with everything you need for a short stay in a good, safe location. 15 minutes walk from the bus station and from the center. It's a good balance between price and quality, and we got what we expected."

"There is no comfortable desk for working on a computer. And it was hotter inside than outside in summer, and opening the windows doesn't help, and you only have a desk fan (which was much better than anything)."

"I loved the central situation of the flat and the decor and that it was warm ."

"I was a little concerned about the electrics in the flat . We are not permitted elec sockets in the bathroom in the UK. I think it would be helpful for English guests to have more instructions about the shutters. We don't have these in the UK . The mezzanine area is tricky for tall people to use. The kitchen area is quite small for preparing food ."

"De locatie is perfect; op loopafstand van het oude centrum en de Universiteit van Rennes. De kamer is klein, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Er was een keukentje met verschillende mogelijkheden. Het bed kon verbreed worden van 1-persoons naar 2-persoons. De Bleutooth speaker was een aangename verrassing, en de verwarming (radiator) was erg praktisch. Ik ben wel bang dat het in de zomer behoorlijk warm zal zijn, omdat de kamer zich op een zolderverdieping bevindt."

"Er moeten wel aardig wat trappen beklommen worden, aangezien de kamer op de 4e verdieping is en er geen lift aanwezig is. Dus als je niet goed ter been bent, is dit niet handig. Daarnaast vond ik dat er wat meer handdoeken aanwezig hadden kunnen zijn. Ik had nu voor 5 nachten één grote handdoek en één kleine handdoek. Ik weet niet of de kamer ook voor 2 personen verhuurd wordt, maar daarvoor zou ik de kamer te klein vinden. Voor 1 persoon is het prima voor een beperkt aantal dagen."
