"Appartamento molto carino e accogliente, in posizione molto comoda, ma piuttosto povero di dotazioni per il soggiorno. Quando si affitta una casa alcune cose di base dovrebbero essere presenti."

"Poche dotazioni per poter vivere veramente l'appartamento. Non erano presenti asciugamani cucina, tovaglia, tovaglioli, zucchero, una scopa. Il congelatore era pieno di ghiaccio blu tutto incollato quindi inservibile. Consiglio un attaccapanni per posare le giacche. Un cassettone del letto era chiuso a chiave e non c'era la chiave, quindi prendere il quarto cuscino e la quarta coperta è stata una impresa, abbiamo dovuto sollevare il materasso e le doghe del letto per accedere al cassettone. Un altro commento generale sulle caratteristiche igienico sanitarie e di sicurezza dell'alloggio: l'interruttore della luce delle scale non funziona al piano, quindi costringe a fare un piano al buio su una scala molto ripida e stretta e con un corrimano troppo basso, il bagno si affaccia direttamente sulla cucina, quindi i cattivi odori arrivano direttamente in cucina. Non deve essere presente un antibagno perchè la struttura sia abitabile?"
