"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.

The only negative for me was the shower was a little small.

"From the beginning when I booked, contacted in private, for further information, the host has been very nice. The place is located in a small hill with an amazing view and rivers sound. Huge space for a family and not just for a couple as we were. Shortly, highly recommended!!! Well done guys and may God bless you."

"It was a very nice stay. The hotel is located at the very seaside. The beach is clean and has a lot of space. The owner and the guys at reception are very friendly and helping. The pool is big, nice, and clean, and can substitute the sea during the windy days. There was an everyday cleaning with 2 times a week towels change. The location of the hotel is perfect, not in the very noisy area but close to any attraction/facility. The prices at the bar/restaurant are similar to the prices of others."

The only minus to me were the Russians that stayed there as they cannot behave civilized. It was pleasant to stay at the hotel with Europeans.

Metro and all the Transport are really near and Easy tò take it. we have a 3 month-old baby . our journey finished in the morning but we have the Flight in the evening and Adrienn was kind enough to let us stay in the warmth of the apartment until we left for the airport. Bed linens were not changed from the previous guest (see picture with hairs on pillow), that's a common problem of hygiene in Egypt and this property wasn't an exception unfortunately. You never know what previous travelers brought with them You need to add 200 EGP in cash as insurance-deposit, that you get back at checkout

"A fantastic find! Good location in tropical countryside just outside of Batumi near to the Botanical gardens. Facilities perfect. Good sized rooms and lovely pool. Faultless! Diana and Casto were the perfect hosts and very family orientated. We had a medical emergency and they went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation."

Bathrooms lacked exhaust fans, making it hard to use the mirrors.
