"We got upgraded to a Junior Suite which was a big room with a sofa and table as well as a desk and closet and a bench seating below hooks to hang your clothes. The bathroom was a good size with a walk in shower bathrobes and slippers. The suite was modern and elegant."

"The main reason I booked this hotel was because it had an indoor pool, but on check in we discovered the indoor pool was out of use (the outdoor pool was open but too cold). I paid to use the spa only to discover the jacuzzi was also out of use. It didn’t look like the jacuzzi had been used in ages as it had bits at the bottom. There was a shallow pool with stones to walk in, but it had organisms swimming around in the stagnant water. The pool water also looked dirty. The sauna, steam room and “salt room” were OK but the hammam didn’t feel much different to a normal room and there was an electric cable that was poking out from below one of the benches. After the spa early evening we had no hot water in our suite on the first floor, so the receptionist gave us another suite on the second floor."

"Amazing hotel in such a cool place. Definitely worth visiting when in Albania for the culture and to learn about the history of Albania and Berat. Incredible breakfast - so much to choose from!"
