"Lovely hotel, set back from the construction area which was really nice. Lovely balcony to eat breakfast on, room was large, clean and comfortable. Thang, the hotel manager, was the sweetest person- he went out of his way continually to ensure we had the best stay on Cat ba. We would highly recommend staying here!"

"The hotel is nice and in a quiet area of the city, far from the constructions and so very nice and better that the busier part. It also has a nice rooftop where to have breakfast. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, Thang was one of the kindest people I’ve ever met."
"The room smelled a bit of humidity"
"The room with a view and facilities inside were excellent, they took into account my requests. The large window overlooking the lake offers the best view (and nothing of the construction on the bay). Thanh Le was an excellent host, going naturally above and beyond to make me enjoy and make the best of my stay! Ask him for any tips."
"Nothing negative to say"
