W środku czysto, bardzo dobrze wyposażony – niczego nam nie brakowało. Cisza, spokój i pełen komfort sprawiły, że mogliśmy naprawdę odpocząć. "We had a wonderful time at Luke's Place back in November. Linda was a lovely host, and very knowledgeable of the area. Communication was quick and easy. Her property is in a beautiful neighbourhood and has a direct access to the beach, just a short walk from the central market. The garden was extremely well taken care of, with sunbeds to relax and a pool. The apartment we stayed in was super comfortable, spacious, clean and the bed was perfect. The best equipped kitchen in this side of the world! Other than all these things, what mattered the most, was the great feeling you're left with after staying at Luke's Place - that's the best memory. I sense we will be back in the future!"

"Location was perfect, in between two resorts for lovely Spa treatments and excellent dining. Hanna was very helpful with our requests, even dropping off a cake tin so I could make a birthday cake. The complimentary treats were a lovely surprise. We will definitely return. Fa'afetai."

This was a good bed and breakfast stay for us, only thing I didn’t like was the price but that’s nothing to do with the property it’s just a netherlands standard thing which is around 200 per night

Hot water ran out when we all showered at night.

"Breakfast and dinner was superb, a mix between Sri Lankan and western dishes. The team was very attentive for all our needs and the kids loved the pool. Great place to stay for a night or two."

One room had quite an odour (mold probably) from the bathroom, but this is the norm in Sri Lanka usually. Not a big deal. Just close the door to the bathroom.

"Perfect location with great views of the mountains and river in the beautiful town of Arco. The apartment was nicely decorated in italian style and included a great hot tub bath and a 4k television. The kitchen was reasonably well appointed with an induction hob and a combi oven, and a fridge freezer. There was free parking available in an underground garage, but we were on foot - the pedestrian entrance came out right onto the pretty alleyways in the Arco old town."

The check in details could have been clearer. The keys had to be collected from "Arcoplant", which is a small garden centre a long way from the apartment. We got there on a Sunday, so the garden centre was closed and it was difficult to get in touch with the owner, but they were really friendly and helpful once we found them.

"Very spacious, very private. It was comfortable. We were kindly met at San Marino bus station and taken to the villa. Also kindly taken to the supermarket first to buy some food as the villa is very isolated. Taxi was recommended to us, and was reliable and comfortable. The area was amazing to visit. Information was sent to us to answer our questions. Prompt response."

The villa was further away from the main area of San Marino than expected. As we did not have a car, we were reliant on a taxi, which worked out very expensive. There were a few items in the sink which looked as if intended to be washed up but forgotten. We struggled with sorting out the TV and also finding the right adapter for our chargers and could not find a familiar kettle. These were little things but frustrating after a long journey. It would have been helpful to have an information booklet to explain some of these things so we did not have to keep asking our host.
