Full Moon Spa

"The hotel is 5 mins walk from Wulai Terminal station and located at the top of Wulai old street, so it is quite convenient. We had a superior double room, and it was spacious. The private bath was nice, even though it can be too hot. The public onsen is also good - provided body wash, face wash, lotion, towels. I enjoyed the steam room and sauna as well. Dinner and breakfast are included, so it worked for us since we could not find any food we would like at Wulai Old Street. However, breakfast porridge would be nicer if it was hotter instead of being barely warm. The staffs there are very quick on their tasks and helpful as well. Also - natural hot spring water is really great for your skin, so soak in that hot water as much as you can ;)"

"Interesting place to stay. Easy to find. Room was nice with own hot spring in the morning. It was great to experience the public hot spring at the hotel. Staff tried their best with limited language. Breakfast and dinner were ok not amazing but ok."

"The rooms were exceptional, the most comfy bed and beautiful spa. I especially loved the public women’s baths in the hotel. It was an incredibly special cultural experience as well as very relaxing. The views are spectacular."

"It appears I was charged for a couples stay even though I booked for one person. This meant I had double portions at each meal and no option to forego that for a refund. Didn’t really need the extra food and would have rathered to have the cash."

"Lovely location, just a minute walk from the Old Street, and less than 5-minute walk from the Wulai Bus Terminal, which made travelling about so convenient, unless you’ve got the rain clouds trailing after you during your travels. Staff service was friendly and attentive. Breakfast + Dinner Half Board made it so much more convenient as we didn’t have to think about where to have these meals at."

"The three sets of stairs up to our room made travelling with luggages a challenge. And our room was located on a different building from the main, making it tricky to get to the main building when it rains."

"The hotel is in the “centre” of Wulai. The rooms and facilities are a bit dated, but well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. For dinner, there are various options of hot pot. For breakfast, one can choose between a Chinese and Western breakfast."
