"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the location is just perfect — all the main attractions are within walking distance. Special thanks to Gulzhan at the reception — she is incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. She made my stay truly comfortable. The cleaning team also deserves praise — the room was always spotless and fresh. I especially appreciate the honesty and trustworthiness of the staff. You can feel completely safe here — they are genuine, reliable people. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! 💫"

"The hotel boasts an excellent location with all key attractions within walking distance. Although my room was situated on the top floor and the building lacked an elevator, the receptionist graciously assisted me with my luggage. I found the room to be spotless. While the breakfast options were somewhat limited, the staff's kindness and helpfulness more than compensated for this. In particular, Emrah went above and beyond by facilitating communication with the travel agency for my taxi booking to the airport, as they did not speak English."
