"Dara Konagi was a traditional stone mansion, and beautifully kept, with 2 terraces overlooking Mesopotamian Plains. This was wonderful to enjoy space and time, from the busy main street. The staff were wonderful, kind and caring, they allowed me to move to a room with a window, and did a small load of washing for me. I felt at home. Thank you"

"Dara is perfectly located near the high street, very clean and spacious. The owners are very welcoming, be sure to make friends there and you will definitely feel at home. There is definitely more to it than it seems. It was one of the unforgettable holidays for me… will definitely go back and I strongly recommend you to go. You can be sure that you will find more than you are looking for. I was alone and did not feel like a stranger at all. They immediately provided everything I needed in my room. They helped me with the places I would visit and told me that I could contact them if I had any problems while traveling alone. I definitely felt very safe. "Everything was perfect, the location is the best for Mardin, breathtaking views from the rooftop. The bedroom was super comfy and beautiful; it had a very authentic decoration and all good amenities. I could talk for hours about the breakfast, the best I have eaten in Türkiye (it is very big be prepared). And finally the staff was super kind and helpful. "The size of the room was good, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked well and there was a balcony to the back side. With the windows and doors closed, it wasn't too loud, however I use to wear earplugs anyway when staying in hotels. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but sufficient. There are countless small shops, eateries and a supermarket right around the hotel and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach promenade. The value for the money was really good and I ended up staying four days instead of the one planned, because the town and the surroundings were so pleasantly nice and laid back."

Our room was exactly what we needed: very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. A special mention must go to the breakfast, which was excellent with a great variety of hot and cold options to start the day right. The location was another major plus. With easy access to main roads, it was the perfect base for exploring the area without being in a noisy city center. We had no complaints and will certainly be choosing this hotel again on our next visit. Highly recommended!"

"It was a very nice stay. The hotel is located at the very seaside. The beach is clean and has a lot of space. The owner and the guys at reception are very friendly and helping. The pool is big, nice, and clean, and can substitute the sea during the windy days. There was an everyday cleaning with 2 times a week towels change. The location of the hotel is perfect, not in the very noisy area but close to any attraction/facility. The prices at the bar/restaurant are similar to the prices of others."
