"J'ai passé un très bon séjour , j'ai apprécier le personnel des chambres tres agréables mignonnes et le personnel du buffet surtout Akram qui a le profil pour ce type de métier qu'est-ce qu'il m'a fait rire"

"Le réseau WiFi n'est pas opérationnel ça vous met en situation de déséquilibre au cas où vous rencontrer un soucis, et la télévision bancale au mur, ils disent qu'ils passeront et aucun changement évident, les garçons de l'accueil ont moins de compétences que Faiza qui est aussi hôtesse et compétente"

"L'emplacement, la chambre au bord de la piscine, la nourriture (produits locaux, frais et bio), le personnel, l'accès à l'hôtel d'à côté ce qui multiplie les activités et les services, le all inclusive parfait."

"J'aimerais que les hôtels en général proposent des sorties nocturnes pour ceux qui veulent prolonger la soirée. Par exemple proposer un point de rendez-vous à minuit à la réception et tous les clients qui ont envie de sortir, partent ensemble. Voyageant toujours seule, ce serait plus facile de pouvoir intégrer un groupe."

"comme d'habitude dans ce genre d'établissement les animateurs et animatrices ne font pas attention a des personnes comme moi , seul , agé , homme de plus de 60 ans , même pas un bonjour , les garçons eux sont vraiment et uniquement intéressé par les couples et les femmes surtout les femmes seules , des gars comme moi ils n'en ont rien a faire , c'est vraiment dommage et dégradant"

His kindness and professionalism made us feel like valued guests. Our room was spotless and had all the amenities we could wish for. The waterside and pool bar were highlights. The atmosphere was lively and relaxing. All staff were fantastic and eager to help. They made sure we had sunbeds ready and the waiters kept our drinks flowing. "Staff were lovely , the place is very clean the rooms are cleaned daily , the food is stunning there was such a good mix of food , water and drinks are not included but very cheap to buy , the restaurant staff are very attentive and want you to enjoy your experience. You can buy charging cable for the corner gift shop called travelex next door , the pool is nice and warm and they have outdoor pools and slides , they have a spa but the other hotels in the strip also have spas and restaurants and there is a sushi place walking distance , the supermarket smaller mini markets and a pharmacy are walking distance most medication including antibiotics can be bought without a prescription . There are other restaurants onsite and the pizza and pastas are delicious . It's definitely a kid friendly place"
