"Very cozy and cool apartment! Since it's a newly built building, everything was in great condition. We stayed for two days and had everything we needed. For someone planning to stay longer, like a week or more, it’s a perfect choice. The location was also excellent. In Dushanbe, this area is ideal.... don’t worry too much about looking for an “old town” vibe, there really isn’t one. But from here, it's easy to access everything around the city."
"No Negative! Just a heads up: It’s a self check-in process. If you don’t have internet access or enough credit for roaming calls, you might run into some trouble. Usually, the check-in instructions arrive a day or so in advance, but since it wasn’t clearly mentioned on Booking.com, it could catch guests off guard. We were very lucky, a kind person on the street helped us out (Tajik people are truly amazing: so helpful and welcoming), but it was a bit embarrassing at the time. I’d recommend the apartment owner communicate the self check-in details a bit earlier to avoid any confusion."
