"This little guesthouse is a very good value for money properly, the owners are wonderful and kind (and speak English). The location is great with in 5-10 mins walk of good restaurants and downtown. It’s quiet and very secure. There is also place to park your rental car if u get one"

"It is so rare to find a hotel in this part of the world that is good value for money, and in this case it was excellent value for money. I was entirely comfortable here. Bed was good, decent amount of space in room, quiet, chilly air con, never lost power in three night stay, breakfast was not lavish and possibly a bit expensive for what it was but I enjoyed it every day. Cold bottled water available for reasonable price on site. Best of all for me was the location. I could walk easily to all of what I considered to be the best parts of Sao Tome city (restaurants, bars, attractions). This was especially important as I was there during a period when the fuel ship hadn't arrived and there was no gasoline whatsoever available on the island (some diesel only) so walking was my main mode of transportation. Finally, I always enjoyed the warm welcome from the manager, Delfina, even though we didn't speak a common language."

"There wasn't anything I didn't like but it might be useful to know that you don't have any kind of view at this hotel. Not from the room, not from anywhere on the property. It is a small enclosed compound behind walls. The grounds are pleasant, but small."

Tive inicialmente dificuldade no acesso à internet por um problema no meu computador e a Axana foi incansável na procura de uma solução. O assunto acabou por ser resolvido. 3. A limpeza do espaço, a cargo da funcionária Lídia, de sorriso fácil e muito simpática. 3. A qualidade da internet. 4. A localização perto do centro, a segurança e a tranquilidade do local, que me permitiu dormir sempre como um passarinho, algo muito importante, pois estive em São Tomé a trabalhar como voluntário na área da educação."

"Está en una zona tranquila pero andando puedes llegar a zona de restaurantes en 5-10 minutos. El patio es muy bonito y acogedor. Nos dieron 2 habitaciones, la nuestra era tipo apartamento, con un salon, cocina. La habitación era mas pequeña y el baño. Todo muy limpio. Con aire acondicionado que funcionaba muy bien. El precio adecuado."
